Subscription Page: View, Manage, and Upgrade Your Plan

The Subscription page is where you can manage your OWOX BI project’s subscription, whether it’s free or paid. On this page, you can:

  • View your subscription details, such as name, status, included credits, price, and billing cycle.
  • Upgrade to a paid plan or switch between plans.
  • Access the billing portal to manage payment details or download invoices.

Let’s dive into each section of the Subscription page.

To access this page, go to bi.owox.com and sign in. Then, navigate the project menu and click the Subscription link.

Managing a Free Subscription

If your project is on the FREE plan, the Subscription page displays:

  • Subscription name and status.
  • Monthly credit allocation.
  • Features included in the FREE plan.

To upgrade to a paid plan, click Upgrade Plan. Read the step-by-step guide here.

 

Managing a Paid Subscription

For paid subscriptions, you’ll find additional details:

  • Renewal Date: When your next payment is scheduled.
  • Billing Account: The account used for accessing the billing portal to update payment details, download invoices, and more.
  • Seats (for Team Plans only): The number of licenses selected during checkout.

How to Download an Invoice

Invoices are available in the billing portal after each payment. Access the portal using the account listed on the Subscription page. Learn more here.

Switching Plans

To switch to another paid plan or downgrade to the FREE plan, contact our support team at bi@owox.com.
