Pipeline Data Quality Assurance

Description: This section is about checking pipelines to Google BigQuery. The list of available pipelines can be found in the pipelines section.

List of actions during pipeline data quality check:

Status of pipeline (active, blocked. If blocked — check the reason)
Data collecting format (all data is usable, in correct format, and can be used in Transformations and Reports)
Number of standard metrics, used in Blended AdSpend Transformation (impressions, clicks, costs, if available - by dates)
Check the data from specific fields (not used in Blended AdSpend Transformation), by request

Limitations: standard sources only — tables, created as the result of OWOX BI Pipeline; data availability in API of the advertisement source.

Unit: Data Source

Description: Streaming data quality check involves a set of checks, performed after the GA4 Events Streaming → Google BigQuery setup and setup of the Transformation Template OWOX BI Sessionization.

List of actions during streaming data quality check:

Pageviews are checked to ensure that OWOX GA4 streaming tags are set up on the same pages as GA UA/GA4, have the same triggers, and fire at the same time
Transactions/conversion events are checked to ensure that OWOX GA4 streaming tags are set up on all pages that could send transactions to GA UA/GA4, have the same triggers, and have the correct transport URL, if using Measurement Protocol
Events are checked to ensure that OWOX GA4 streaming tags are set up on the same pages as GA UA/GA4, have the same triggers, fire at the same time, and use the same dataLayer
Sessions are checked to ensure that OWOX GA4 streaming tags are set up on the same pages as GA UA/GA4, have the same triggers, fire at the same time, have an identical referral exclusion list, cross-domain tracking, session timeout, and use the same client identifier.

Limitations: Each Streaming for every website, that collects user behavior data, is checked separately.

Description: The setup allows you to collect first-party data in GA4 Events Streaming → Google BigQuery using the custom domain.

OWOX activates a unique subdomain (e.g. owox.your-domain.com), which might be used to collect user behavior data

Description: This unit is about customizing Transformation Templates. The list of available Templates can be found in the Templates Gallery.

List of actions during operation customization:

Limitations: standard sources: tables, created as the result of OWOX BI Pipeline, Streaming, Transformation Templates, and CRM data in the recommended structure, uploaded into GBQ.

Unit: Operation

Description: OWOX performs the task of creating a datamart, using Transformation Templates or custom transformations.

List of actions during report customization:

Adding the Data Mart to the visualization in Google Looker Studio Dashboard / Google Sheets, either from a Template Dashboard or the Custom one

Limitations:

When using Report Templates, up to 20 customized entities (dimensions, metrics, visual graphs) can be added/changed in each report
When using Custom Dashboard, up to 40 entities (dimensions, metrics, visual graphs) can be created for each Report. The specific structure and objects used in the Report will be discussed and agreed upon with you via email, and are subject to technical availability
Creating a datamart in Google BigQuery is not included and should be covered by the separate Operation Customization unit
