Follow these steps to manage your billing information, download invoices, and process payments through Stripe.
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Page
Go to bi.owox.com and sign in. Open the project menu and click the Subscription link.
Step 2: Access the Customer Portal
In the Billing Portal section, locate the Change Plan & Billing Info button. Click it to open the Customer Portal.
Step 3: Log in with Your Billing Email
3.1. In the login interface for the Customer Portal, enter the Billing account email address of the subscriber who made the payment.
3.2. Check your inbox for an email from Stripe, our payment processor.
3.3. Open the email and click the login link to access your Customer Portal.
Step 4: View Invoice History
Once inside the Customer Portal, scroll down to the Invoice History section. You will find a complete list of all your invoices.
Step 5: Choose an Invoice and Pay
5.1. Click on the date of the invoice you wish to pay.
5.2. A payment form will open in a new window.
5.3. Select a convenient payment method, fill out the required fields, and complete the payment process.
Final. After successfully processing your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
