With this release, we’ve changed the logic of the hit data processing when GCLID auto-tagging and manual UTM tagging data overlap in your Google Ads campaigns.
Starting from September 17, 2021, if an ad URL contains GCLID and UTM source/medium, then OWOX BI will record the UTM values to the hit data tables. The GCLID will be ignored. To learn more, please read this article.
Important If you need to update your owoxbi_sessions tables for the past period according to this new logic, contact your dedicated support manager in OWOX BI.
