Enhanced frequency options and time settings
The scheduler retains its versatile frequency options: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. We've refined the Hourly option, adding an adjustable interval setting. Now, you can set data refreshes at 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour intervals. Additionally, we've included a timezone display in the scheduler settings, ensuring clarity on when exactly your data will be updated.

Multi-selection capability in time periods
The Daily, Weekly, and Monthly update settings continue to offer choices for Days and Time periods. In this update, we've added a multi-selection feature. For instance, you can now easily select Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for Weekly updates, scheduling them for both morning and evening slots (e.g., 4 AM - 5 AM and 8 PM - 9 PM). This new multi-selection functionality opens up broader possibilities for customizing your data refresh schedule, allowing precise adjustments to avoid unnecessary executions that can consume a portion of your Google BigQuery costs.

- Data refresh 2 times per day: Previously, setting up hourly data refreshes resulted in 24 updates per day. Now, refreshing every 12 hours reduces this to just 2 updates per day, saving 91% of your monthly data processing costs.
- Morning updates on weekdays: Before, choosing the “Everyday” option meant 7 updates per week. With the new scheduler, you can set updates for just the weekdays, reducing to 5 updates per week and saving 28% of your monthly costs.
