How to Change the Timezone for the Scheduled Refresh?

This article provides a step-by-step guide to changing the time zone in scheduled refreshes within the OWOX BI BigQuery Reports (Google Sheets extension) interface.

Data refresh in your reports occurs according to the time zone set in your Google Sheets document settings. The current time zone is displayed in the 'Scheduled refresh' window:

To modify the time zone, simply follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Open your Google Sheets document. In the File menu, select 'Settings':

Step 2: In the Settings window, you will see the currently selected time zone for this document:

Step 3: Choose the time zone you need and click the “Save and Reload” button.

Step 4: Go to Extensions -> OWOX BI BigQuery Reports, and select 'Scheduled refresh':

Step 5: Here, you will notice the outdated time zone. To update it, you need to turn off the data refresh and save the changes.

Step 6: Reopen the 'Scheduled refresh' window and check the “Keep my report data up to date” option. The schedule settings will now reflect the new time zone. Set your schedule and click the 'Save' button.

And that's it! Your report data will now refresh according to the new time zone set in your Google Sheets document settings.
