OWOX BI Pipeline. Google Analytics Real-Time Data → Google BigQuery

We've made a few changes in the way how User ID is collected and updated.

1. To collect the data into tables with sessions data setting User ID custom dimension is now not required.
   If the data is sent to Google Analytics and OWOX BI Pipeline with &uid parameter, it will be collected not only to tables with hits data, but to sessions data tables too.
2. User ID data updates for the sessions of the last 30 days based on the latest day data.
   Before the update User IDs were updated based the table collected three days ago.
