At OWOX BI, we constantly strive to enhance our products to provide marketers with the best possible analytics solutions. We are excited to announce a new feature that simplifies the process of granting access to datasets used in your Transformations.
Previously, our solution required users to manually grant access to each dataset separately, which could be time-consuming and inconvenient. We understand the importance of streamlining workflows, so we have developed a new functionality that allows you to grant access to multiple datasets in one go, saving you valuable time and effort.
Here's how it works in just two easy steps:
- Open the Transformation page and navigate to the "Used Datasets" tab. If you have datasets without granted access, you will notice a new button labeled "Share used dataset".
- Click on the "Share used dataset" button to initiate the access-granting process.
Simply follow the instructions and provide the necessary permissions.
Once all access requests have been successfully processed, the side sheet will automatically close, and the status of all used datasets will be updated to "Granted."

We understand that errors can sometimes occur during the access-granting process. If any issues arise, OWOX BI will display an error message for each dataset that encountered a problem. This way, you can quickly identify and address any potential hurdles that may have occurred.
