Error “Client authentication failed” during a Bing Ads account authentication

When you create a pipeline from Bing Ads using a work account (Azure Active Directory), OWOX BI verifies first whether your account has enough permissions to grant OWOX BI access to data.

If your Azure organization restricts access to the third-party tools, you’ll see the following notification on the pipeline creation page:


A similar message will also be shown in your Bing Ads account on the Tools > My settings page:


To resolve the issue, request the needed permissions from your organization’s IT admin, then retry to create the OWOX BI pipeline.
