What to do if the pipeline got blocked?

The most common reasons that can lead to pipeline deactivation are:

  • invalid access to your add account;
  • this pipeline is not included in your current subscription plan;
  • billing issues.

To activate your pipeline, you need to remove the blocking factors.

To start with, navigate to your pipeline and open the required actions list using one of the options below:

  1. Go to the pipeline grid, then click the Expand icon next to the pipeline status.


  1. Go to the pipeline page, click Activate.


Next, complete the required actions according to the interface alerts. After you activate your pipeline, data import will be resumed shortly.
