How to Open BigQuery Tables with Imported Data

In this article, we will explain how to view data in BigQuery tables that have been imported using OWOX BI Pipelines.

Step 1. Open your Pipeline page and navigate to theSettings tab.

Step 2. Locate the "Destination dataset" block and click on the icon on the right to open the BigQuery interface in a new browser window with the selected dataset.

Done! In this dataset, you will find all the tables where your Pipeline imports data.

If you do not see tables in this dataset, it is likely that your Google account does not have the necessary access rights. In our article about setting up Google Cloud for use with OWOX BI, we describe that for proper functioning, your Google account should have two roles: 'BigQuery Data Editor' and 'BigQuery User'.

Important!On the IAM page, while checking roles for your Google account, do not confuse the role of 'Owner' with the role of 'BigQuery Data Owner'. Please, select the 'BigQuery Data Editor' and 'BigQuery User' roles.
