Users subscribed to an Extension plan for their OWOX BI projects can manage their billing through the Customer Portal. Access to this portal is facilitated through the Billing Profile Email, as designated on the Subscription page.
If you need to change the Billing profile email, this can be accomplished with the assistance of our Support team. Please contact us at bi@owox.com with a request to change your Billing profile email.
Be sure to include a link to your OWOX BI project and specify the new email address to which you wish to switch.
