How to re-import data for the day when the data was unavailable?

This feature is available for all pricing plans except the Start plan.

You can manually export cost data for a particular day if the pipeline failed to do it automatically (for example, due to temporary problems with an ad service API).

OWOX BI would do several attempts, so sometimes you will get repeated messages about data import.

Notice: We strongly recommend not to carry out any action with a list of uploads in the Google Analytics interface. Removal of any of the completed uploads will not cause to the re-import of costs data and can only put a crimp in the analysis process.

If all attempts fail, you can see the Data unavailable status. In this case, you need to login as the user who created this pipeline and click Re-import on the pipeline page:
